Energy

This session is in my studio in Williamsport, PA. After you sign up you will receive an email with directions. Please note there are stairs to navigate. If you can't negotiate stairs I recommend a virtual session. All you need is to wear comfortable relaxed clothing and be sure to be well hydrated.

An in studio healing session is a combination of Somatic Alignment, Spinal Energetics, Divine Source Energy  and sometimes a little sound healing. These techniques work together to restore the harmony and flow of energy within and through your body and energy fields of the mental , emotional and spiritual bodies.  

Bound up or blocked energy is the cause of most symptoms and this is usually result of some type of trauma (large or small) and also untrue belief patterns we hold. The combination of these modalities address all the levels disharmony within us.

This session is good if you have a chronic issue such as shoulder or low back pain that won’t resolve. If you suffer from recurring bouts of depression or anxiety. It calms the Central Nervous System.  It can improve self acceptance, adoration and creativity. It can improve your ability to cope with stress, gain a sense of empowerment and a return to joy in your life. It is particularly good for the release of old trauma patterns.
