Honor yourself with an hour of deep relaxation, allowing the the frequency of the sounds and nature to bring into a place of harmony. It is here in this relaxed state that healing can take place. This is a donation based event. Bring a blanket, yoga mat or chair. We will be in NW of the bandshell.
