Meeting The Healer Within: Introduction to Energy

Join us for a laid-back and playful seminar rooted in the energetics of the body, mind, spirit and learn about how you can play with energy for healing, health and wholeness.

This session is a collaborative event including discussion about the theory, metaphysics and benefits of the energy medicines of Reiki, sound healing, and plant medicine. It will include samples of sound bath, drumming, hands on healing, herbal teas, tinctures and flower essences. There will be an after session Reiki share for those interested in experiencing the transfer of energy.
