What possibilities await us as we break free of our boxes?
This journey to Italy gave me plenty of opportunity to face my fears. One by one they dissolved before me. First by facing my fear of singing at the retreat and allowing myself to be open and unguarded to connect with people from around the world. Exploring how to travel on my own throughout Italy, trouble shooting my data and GPS issues by myself, knowing when to ask for help and discovering how to ask for help. Knowing there is always angel, disguised as a human, to guide you along your way. Experiencing when to say no and when to say yes. Enjoying the unexpected joys that showed up.
Three weeks of being with myself has led me to knowing myself better and finding the joy in it. As the fears dissolve the portals open to a more expansive experience. Now a new journey begins for me.
